Kiev "throws in the towel" after the "emptying" by the US! V.Zelensky now wants peace - "God bless Russia and Ukraine"! Unbelievable pirouettes of the West!

Putin will not talk to V.Zelensky - The US President revealed his telephone conversation with the Ukrainian
Donald Trump had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Wednesday morning, the US president said in a post on Truth Social, officially kicking off the negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.
In fact, N. Trump's statement that he will inform V. Zelensky shows that it has been accepted by the US that V. Putin will not talk about anything with the Ukrainian.
"I just had an extremely productive phone call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. We discussed Ukraine, the Middle East, energy, energy, artificial intelligence, the power of the dollar and various other issues," the US president wrote, among other things.
"We both reflected on the great history of our nations and the fact that we fought so successfully together in World War II," Trump added, noting that "we remember that Russia lost tens of millions of people and we, likewise, lost so many!"
Trump in his post then added that "we each talked about the strengths of our respective Nations and the great benefit we will one day have from working together."
However, the US president clarified that "but first, as we both agreed, we want to stop the millions of deaths that are occurring in the Russia-Ukraine war.
President Putin even used the very strong campaign slogan, "COMMON LOGIC. We both believe in it very much," Trump pointed out. "We agreed to work together, very closely, including visiting each other's state.
"We also agreed that our respective teams would immediately begin negotiations and we will begin by calling President Zelensky, of Ukraine, to brief him on our conversation, which I will do right now. I have asked Secretary of State Marco Rubio, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, and Ambassador and Special Envoy Steve Whitcoff to lead the negotiations, which I strongly believe will be successful."
Trump even reiterated his belief that "millions of people died in a war that would not have happened if I were President, but it did, so it has to end. No more lives must be lost!" he said.
"I want to thank President Putin for his time and effort in connection with this phone call and for the release yesterday of Marc Fogel, a wonderful man whom I personally greeted last night at the White House. I believe this effort will lead to a successful outcome, hopefully soon!" Trump concluded in his post.
The communication between the two leaders was confirmed by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, according to RIA Novosti. The discussion lasted almost an hour and a half.
As the Kremlin stressed, Trump advocated a quick end to hostilities and a peaceful solution to the war. Putin, for his part, mentioned the need to address the root causes of the conflict and agreed with Trump that a long-term settlement could be achieved through peace talks. At the same time, as Peskov noted, the Russian President invited the US President to visit Moscow.
Earlier in a bombshell statement by Ukraine's own defence minister, Rustev Umerov, had said the country was ready to start negotiations with Russia to end the war.
This is the first time that the Zelensky regime has made clear statements about starting negotiations to end the war (remember that it has banned by law the president's own negotiations) at the same time that the US has also said for the first time that the territories have been definitively lost to Ukraine.
We note that Russia, through Putin, only accepts negotiations with the speaker of the Ukrainian parliament, as it does not consider V. Zelensky to be the legitimate president of the country.
What it looks like is that the negotiations will end and then with elections in Ukraine the country will oust the Zelensky regime.
The US has made it clear, through US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, that "Ukraine must act differently in future peace negotiations, as a return to the pre-2014 borders is now an unrealistic goal"!
That is, he acknowledged that Crimea, Donbas (Donetsk and Lugansk) and at least the current parts of Kherson and Zaporizhzhya will remain Russian, in any case.
Moscow had said the same a short while ago, rejecting Zelensky's rhetoric about "exchanging Kursk for occupied Russian territory".
The question is what will happen to the northern part of Kherson, where the capital of the former (now incorporated into Russia) Ukrainian region of the same name is located, and the northern part of Zaporizhzhya north of the Dnieper.
Russian-speaking Odessa seems to be staying, for now, in Ukraine, but very soon and based on US-Russian cooperation, it will return to Russia.
In any case, this is the basis of the negotiation.
US Secretary of State P.Hegseth: "Ukrainians to forget 2014 territories & borders" - "The EU should get along with Russia"!

At the same time, it argued that Ukraine's eventual accession to NATO would not bring the desired results and would not be part of a peace plan to end the war in question.
N.Trump: 'V.Zelenski now wants peace'
Donald Trump has effectively announced that the war in Ukraine is over, by releasing details of the telephone conversation with Volodymyr Zelensky, who stressed in a post that the latter will agree to whatever Trump-Putin decide.
As everything indicates, there must be some kind of agreement with Zelenski showing that he is playing all out to save himself.
Donald Trump said: "I just spoke with President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine. The conversation went very well. He, like President Putin, wants to do PEACE."
He went on to say that negotiations will continue Friday in Munich, where Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will lead the U.S. delegation.
And then he summarized: "I am optimistic that the results of this meeting will be positive. It is time to stop this ridiculous War, where there has been massive and totally unnecessary DEATH and DESTRUCTION. God bless the people of Russia and Ukraine!"
Zelensky in a post after his communication with US President Donald Trump, said:
"I had a substantive conversation with President Trump. We talked at length about the opportunities we have to achieve peace, discussed our readiness to work together on a team level and Ukraine's technological capabilities including drones and other advanced technologies. I am grateful to President Trump for his interest in what we can accomplish together.".
"We also talked about my discussion with US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessend and the preparation of a new plan for security, economic cooperation and resource pooling. President Trump shared details of his conversation with Putin," he said, continuing:
"No one wants peace more than Ukraine. Together with the US, we are charting our next steps to stop Russian aggression and ensure a lasting, credible peace. As President Trump said, "let's do it." We agreed to maintain further contact and schedule upcoming meetings.".
Earlier today the US president announced that he had spoken by phone with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and they agreed to visit each other and to immediately start negotiations through their respective teams but Russia which has dampened the economic shocks, has turned its industry into a war industry and now the Russian military is advancing across the front will probably have the final say.
